Cancellation Policy

Plans change?

We understand that life happens and the best laid plans need to be adjusted. Whether you need to adjust the dates or cancel scheduled services please let us know as soon as possible.

We do require a deposit per kennel during peak seasons due to longer waiting lists and more frequent late cancellations. If you do make a deposit and need to cancel, your deposit will be refunded if you provide a minimum of 7 days notice.
